Navigation avoidance of Ladysmith Road in Ruther Glen, VA

I don't see anything that would indicate a reason for avoidance of this road on the map editor but when I navigate to my home which requires traveling Ladysmith Road as the fastest route, Waze will route me every which way home except for on Ladysmith Road. This is happening between I-95 and Land'Or Drive. It would take 3 mins via Ladysmith Road but Waze wants me to u-turn, backtrack, and take various backroads that would take in excess of 15 minutes. This just started happening a few weeks ago.

I have passed this problem to the Virginia State Managers. One of them should get back to you this evening.

Are you routed via Redground Dr instead of Land'Or Dr?

Is this your UR? If so can you respond to the question in the app or here? Thanks

I fixed the routing to have a gate at both ends. Should show up Thursday but may take up to a week.
If that fixes the problem, then please put a green check by the title of the topic.

We have received reports from users in the area that it is fixed and on the app as of Thursday. If it is working for you can you check the green check mark by the title? Thanks.
