Routing in this area seems to avoid one half of Quarterpath Trace Circle. Looking at the map in Waze, it appears 1/2 of the road is drawn with a thicker line than the other. I assume this is impacting the routing algorithm. The entire length of this road is the same: it is a paved residential street with a 25 mph speed limit, so I doubt there is any reason for the two sections to be listed differently.
