Map Has Gone Blank

Hey folks,

I requested help from Waze and was told to contact you. Last Thursday, my map disappeared. I get icons and 'my car,' but no roads. As I drive, my location is not tracked my arrival time just continues to increase. The top of the screen says, "Proceed to the Route." But there is no route shown.
So, do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?
I have updated my phone (Apple 4S) and Waze to see if that would fix it, but it hasn't.

Hi there Beth!

Very sorry to hear you're having trouble using the app. Have you tried uninstalling the app, and re-installing it to see if this will solve the blank map issue for you? If this doesn't solve your issue, please click on this Link and follow the instructions on that page for how to send Debug Logs as well as opening a ticket with Waze.
