Thanks for the report. I just entered your address in my mobile device and it appears to route correctly.
Try this and let me know if it works.
1. Please remove any instance of this address from your history by following: https://support.google.com/waze/answer/6262570?hl=en
and delete if saved as a Favorite/Home/Work location.
2. Then search for the address again.
If you don't remove the old results from your navigation or Favorites/Home/Work, then you will continue to be routed to the old coordinates.
It appears to have been corrected in February.
