Construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of SR-9 and Base Hill Rd in Keene is beginning.

I've added restrictions as described in the DOT release: http://www.nh.gov/dot/media/nr2016/nr-2 ... dabout.htm (Note that the release incorrectly describes the turn from SB Base Hill to WB SR-9 as a left turn.)
