The permalink below is designed to function as a traffic circle. There are some unique aspects about it which make it unique. I wonder if it should be a rotary in the map. Also there are a few barricaded (small median) parking streets not drawn right along the west and north which is how you gain access to the local businesses. Maybe this warrants some discussion. Level 4 roads traversing though here.
