Like a parking lot, if you want to reduce the likelihood of people getting routed through there that aren't permitted, you can put a little stub of a private road right at the entrance(s) and then make the rest of the roads in there regular streets. That would prevent routing inside of the restricted area from making illegal turns to avoid multiple segments of private streets.

Wow. I checked every junction--nothing's out of line (concerning that route, at least). No hidden segments/junctions either.

Looks like a kludgy solution is your only option...add a parking lot segment to the ramp, or a few extra junctions, or anything else that would make it want to avoid that turn.

Gotta say, that interchange is really strange. Does anyone travel north on Connector Rd across the Parkway? Seems like the only reason it's there is to serve something to the southeast, so I wonder how many lives would be disrupted by making the overpass one way south, and eliminating the connection to Technology Dr.

Would locking the segments at that node increase the penalty?
