Would locking the segments at that node increase the penalty?

Wow. I checked every junction--nothing's out of line (concerning that route, at least). No hidden segments/junctions either.

Looks like a kludgy solution is your only option...add a parking lot segment to the ramp, or a few extra junctions, or anything else that would make it want to avoid that turn.

Gotta say, that interchange is really strange. Does anyone travel north on Connector Rd across the Parkway? Seems like the only reason it's there is to serve something to the southeast, so I wonder how many lives would be disrupted by making the overpass one way south, and eliminating the connection to Technology Dr.

Honoring Turn Restriction

Postby CBenson » Wed Dec 07, 2011 3:52 am

How do I get waze to honor this turn restriction and not route like this. The correct route is admittedly 37 segments, 4.5 miles and 8 minutes longer. Then turn restriction penalty doesn't seem enough to counter this. However there is a concrete barrier that makes the turn restriction a real restriction.
