This has been suggested before, and I can understand why it'd be useful.

Agreed. It would make sense for a commuting app to be friendly to commuters!

Great idea for TTS for the future

Postby kuduboet » Sat Mar 16, 2013 5:25 pm

I know one of the Champs mentioned that they are working on an improvement for "favorite routes" where it would actually remember your favorite route from point A to B, rather than the one the system calculates. Well I always use Waze for the traffic, but I know how to get where I am going since it is my favorite route, why not disable the turn-by-turn for a person traveling on their favorite route until they leave that route, but still allow audible alerts like accident, hazard, police etc. I don't need to know when to turn left on a route that I take every day and have identified as my favorite route, and its a real pain when also trying to make phone calls, just help me if I stray off that route or get sent off it for traffic reasons. Does anyone else think this would be a great future feature?
Just Wazin' through life and loving it!
