Caro Ricardo3201, já vamos tratar de baixar o segmento para que possas editar. Vê sff a MP que te enviei. Esses segmentos devem ter limite de velocidade (50 km/h por defeito, salvo sinalização no local ou tipo de via, nome (preenchido ou desativado - sem nome)

O segmento em questão (N348) está bloqueado a editores de nível 4 e só poderá ser desbloqueado a um nível abaixo. No entanto, se puder explicar melhor o que pretende editar, poderei ajudá-lo.
