Can't seem to get into NER Discord

Hi, I'm new to waze editing but my town (Melrose MA) needs a few updates. I've tried applying for the NER Discord twice and each time I get booted when my 10 minute timer is down to about 4 minutes.

For some reason my waze editor username is a long string of random characters (ad5f4c312c404dc38deb6b6971c680a6) and I have no idea why.

Any tips on how I can actually get into the forum and start communicating?

You can change your username using the waze app. We'll try to get you in, please apply again into discord and we'll see what we can do for you.
