Thanks txemt. I took another look at this today as I was still seeing reports. I discovered the no-left-turns (as a result of the contra flow), operates in both directions during the contra flow times. Not just from one direction as I originally observed.

Could you lower all sections of W. Alabama between S. Shepherd and Brandt so I may fix?

Could you also please lower all attached streets to this section? I am not able to edit these intersections still, as most of the crossing streets are higher than L2.

Sorry, I tried (see initial post) but for some reason even though they are all selected, it does not highlight them all in the editor.

Here are the individual intersections that still need lowering / fixing:

Alabama & Mandell - timed restrictions need updating

Alabama & Mulberry - timed restrictions need updating

Alabama & Yupon - no-turn restriction in place, where no restriction exist.

Alabama & Mount Vernon - needs timed restriction added.

Alabama & Yoakum - full-time restriction in place, but occurs only during certain times.

Alabama & Montrose - needs restrictions added

Alabama & Roseland - full-time restriction in place, but occurs only during certain times.

Alabama & Stanford - full-time restriction in place, but occurs only during certain times.

Alabama & Greeley - needs timed restriction added.

Alabama & Garrott - needs timed restriction added.

Alabama & Flora - needs timed restriction added.

I think that about covers it!

EDIT 1: Which it doesn't ... it only get about 1/2 way.

EDIT 2: Ok, it seems linked to the visible area when loading, I have decreased the zoom in the link to view the entire area.

EDIT 3: Well zooming out improves the selection, but it is still missing a lot of pieces

PermaLink, please, with the street segments you need unlocked (and those you need locked later) selected. You can hold the ctrl key and select multiple segments. (or the 'm' key toggles the multi-select mode).

Hint: it is faster to open if you turn off the satellite and road layers (and others) before you grab the permalink.
