Unlock request in Richmond, California

Hi Editors,

I would like to add the delivery entrance for the Chevron Refinery to the map. the address is call Gate 31, Chevron Richmond Refinery. There is not a public address. it is located at the end of Old Castro St., Richmond Ca.

We are having issues with truck drivers not able to find the correct location.
