Need to have the parking lot roads surrounding Rte 106 (W Center St) attached to the actual road. Users are trying to get to the businesses there and are being sent to other nearby roads. Feel free to prune the PLRs as necessary, but there needs to be at least some to point Waze in the right direction.

Almost. Looks like the following segments are only overlapping Rte 106 instead of actually intersecting it. Just need to connect those two roads to Rte 106...
