The link above shows 4 lanes of traffic heading east from Prospect St to Niagara St. Lane 1 is the north most lane and is LEFT turn only onto Rainbow Blvd S (heading North). Lane 4 is RIGHT turn only onto Rainbow Blvd S (heading South). Lanes 2 and 3 have straight arrow markings onto Niagara St.
Currently in Waze, those four lanes of traffic are being fed by Rainbow Bridge (to USA) AND by Prospect St (in white - segment ID 86481130).
In reality, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has setup a line of traffic cones from CBP inspection all the way to Rainbow Blvd S segregating lanes 1 and 2 apart from lanes 3 and 4. Lanes 1 and 2 are fed by Rainbow Bridge (to USA) while Lanes 3 and 4 are fed by Prospect St (in white - segment ID 86481130)
As a result, traffic from Rainbow Bridge (to USA) can either turn LEFT (from Lane 1) onto Rainbow Blvd S or proceed straight onto Niagara St (from Lane 2). This traffic can not make a RIGHT.
Traffic originating from Prospect Street (segment ID 86481130) can either proceed straight onto Niagara St (from Lane 3) or turn RIGHT onto Rainbow Blvd S (from Lane 4). This traffic can not make a LEFT.
Effectively, Prospect St segment 62907166 should be deleted. Rainbow Bridge (to USA) and Prospect St segment 86481130 should be extended to meet at intersection of Rainbow Blvd S and Niagara St.
