Waze and Google both lack data regarding Mills College at Northeastern University. I'm currently a student here, and am trying to fix that so peers and faculty have the most accurate information. I nearly completed the map of campus on OpenStreetMaps in the past few days, in case you want to use that as a reference. I used both the campus map the school provided (in the link) as well as first-hand observations.



There isn't any signage leading me to believe that it's an extension of Kapiolani. What made me think that it is an extension is the layout of the roads in person, as well as how the roads are mapped on the campus map.

Underwood comes to a 90-degree angle with the segment in question, as shown in the pictures. Kapiolani has more of a straight path between it and the segment.

As for the campus map, it shows the segment in question curving towards Kapiolani rather than curving towards Underwood, hence why I think it's an extension of Kapiolani.



Here is the campus map and pictures from some different angles. I put some tags on them to explain where it is taken from. I also drew some lines to show where the streets are in relation to the picture. Green is Kapiolani, Yellow is Segment in question, Purple is Prospect, Blue is Underwood.

Edit: Right now, Waze is calling it Mills College. Officially, as of sometime 2022/2023, it is called "Mills College at Northeastern University". It's locked so I can't edit it, but it might be worth changing the name on Waze to reflect the real name. Adding an alternative name of "Northeastern University Oakland" would also be good, as both "Mills College at Northeastern University" and "Northeastern University Oakland" are used in marketing.

The segment is unlocked so you can make changes to Faculty.

The name was set based on available GIS - the only maps I could find of the campus to not have enough detail. The intersection with Kapiolani Rd, Underwood, and Prospect Hill is anything but typical so there was no reason to question that naming. Street view is unavailable. Can you provide pictures of the signs that would indicate that is actually an extension of Kapiolani?
