Bay Pkwy, Brooklyn

O mighty level 5 editors and above!

Could one of you please fix the junction of Bay Pkwy and Benson Ave in Brooklyn?

I'd do it, but the segment of Bay Pkwy between Benson and Bath is locked. I believe all turns are allowed at the aforementioned intersection; one is certainly allowed to go straight through it. There are also a couple of URs to the southwest of this intersection. Someone was told to navigate around this intersection.
