Morrisville parkway, Morrisville, NC - locked at level 5

I was working to address the "Missing Road" error report and discovered that westbound Morrisville Parkway is lock level 1 but eastbound is lock level 5. I'm level 2 so I can't connect the crossover segments to the eastbound lane. Either unlock and let me know or somebody level 5 finish the fix.
