I-635 @ Dallas North Tollway Level 5 editor correction

At the exit of EB I-635 to NB Tollway in Dallas Texas (https://www.google.com/maps/@32.9255695,-96.8205844,19z) Waze has this exit as closed but the exit is and always has been open. Since its a construction zone exits close periodically for work but usually only overnight or a few hours at a time. Because of this error Waze directs drivers to the service road or the next exit, which are unnecessary.
