Big time mess. I'm focused in on the area and I'll see if I can't at least open things up so traffic can zip through by Friday. I've reached out to an editor that's made some recent changes to the area as they're likely more local and can hopefully confirm things via a bit of ground truth.

US-54 E between Pratt and Wichita, KS has been resolved to open routing through the area. More construction related changes will be needed, but Wazers can still be kept onto US-54.
