I noticed that the siding that goes under Roe on both sides says (closed) in the segment name. Construction in this area has been finished since late last 2014 and both segments are open.

Give things a look. I've made several modifications to that immediate area including some severe issues that were present with Roe Ave. Go ahead and close out that issue atop the overpass for Roe Ave as solved. The changes I've made will resolve the strangeness that user encountered assuming new tiles are posted on Wednesday (when the changes will go live).

Let me know if anything looks off or if I missed something.
