I've recently discovered a map issue. How do I fix a map issue, or have it fixed by someone else?

Well, upon further thought, perhaps it's not so much a map issue, rather than a map routing issue. The issue is specifically with the directions Waze provides to a traveler westbound on W 135th St. going to:
16095 W 135th St.
Olathe, KS 66062
Waze should advise the traveler turn left at S Brougham Dr. and then left again to the destination, but instead, Waze advises the traveler to drive on past by S Brougham Dr., then make a U-turn, and arrive at the destination at a non-existent entry from W 135th St.
