Time Restriction needed!

A level 2 editor needed to add a Time Restriction to this segment otherwise people not familiar with the Fort Riley PT road closures is going to end up going down this road. Restriction time from Monday - Friday 0630-0745

I just took a quick look and the 2 outgoing segments from that road are restricted 06:30-07:30. Do they do PT until 07:45 or will those times work.
