I'll use this thread to post details regarding the K-10 Bypass South Lawrence Trafficway completion project to take place from now through Fall 2016.

Updated traffic information for the K-10 South Lawrence Trafficway Project can be viewed online: http://www.ksdot.org/topekametro/laneclose.asp. An aerial map of the new K-10 South Lawrence Trafficway, including construction phasing and traffic impacts, can be found online at: http://www.ksdot.org/topekaMetro/projectstudytest.asp.

Rural Douglas County closures are also typically found here.
Lawrence City closures are also typically found here.

The overall scheduled completion date for the K-10 South Lawrence Trafficway Project is Fall 2016. (KDOT T-WORKS Project #10-23 K-8392-04)

Active Related Closures: (placed by TBTR restrictions on impacted roads)

-N 1250 Rd, between US-59 Hwy and Baker Wetlands Visitor Center - closed for culvert replacement by KDOT 12/9/2013 through Mid-May 2014.

-N 1300 Rd, between E 1700 Rd and E 1750 Rd - closed for culvert replacement by KDOT 12/9/2013 through Spring 2015.

-E 1750 Road between N 1250 Rd and N 1360 Rd - closed by KDOT for bridge embankment work 1/13/2014 through Spring 2015.

-Haskell Ave between E 27th St and E 29th St - closed by KDOT for utility work, box culvert installation, and reconstruction work 1/27/2014 through Spring 2015.

-Eastbound and westbound 31st Street from Louisiana Street to approximately .25-miles west and Louisiana Street just south of 31st Street - closed by KDOT for construction work beginning on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 7:00 a.m., through summer 2015, weather permitting.
