Kuckt euch mal in Deutschland die ganzen Bundesländer-unterforen an.

Das sieht zwar so sehr ordentlich aus, aber übersichtlich ist das nicht, wenn man möglichst viel mitbekommen will.
Und in DE sind die Bundesländer ein kleines bisschen grösser als hier die Kantone

Je weiter 'unten' im Forum ein Post steht, desto schlechter auffindbar ist er und ihr wollt doch auch, dass eure posts gelesen werden

Ich fände es sinvoll die drei länder so aufzuteilen.

> Germany
> (Bundesländer)

> Austria
> (Bundesländer)

> Switzerland
> (Sprachregionen)

So denke ich kann auf einfache Weise eine Struktur gehalten werden. Denn eine Sprachaufteilung ist sicherlich einfacher für jene, die kein Deutsch können.
Und für WME, APP etc. Foren, welche aber in Englisch oder Deutsch geführt werden sollten.

Naja soviel zu meinem Vorschlag
Hoffe auf eure weiteren Vorschläge

Hmm 26 unterforen für die schweiz?
Wäre doch schon fast ein schritt in richtung unübersichlichkeit.

Aber die restliche struktur gefällt mir gut. Nur eben wegen der kantone würde ich was anderes machen.

Just my quick view/fear/opinion on what might happen for some people seeking support on these forums if this happens.

Yes we are minorities, but how would you feel if french or Italian were the main languages in the country and the Ticinesi or the Romands casted a vote they COULD NOT loose to do a fusion with Italy or France, as a minority of german speakers?

What is considered to make us still feel welcome? Sub-forums (romandie / Ticino) inside the DACH main ones? Or nothing at all?

I can imagine from having been Oblt in the swiss army that some of you like us and some others might react to this post by thinking of us as a pain in the *ss and that we should go cry elsewhere.. But I doubt that either zone could really start using the France and Italia forums as we would not fit there either.

I always admired the friendship between the german speaking Switzerland with Germany and Austria, it's a very positive thing. We're not so lucky with our same-language neighboors...
So I have no doubt that the Germans and Austrians will vote YES on their side to include your language region of the country in their minds... But are they ready to also welcome two other language regions of our country? Have they been told this was part of the deal or not?

I also always liked OUR country for not acting and doing the same mistakes that Belgium did, which led to the country being seriously divided and to have no government for a while... I always thought despite our differences we Swiss were stronger than that by finding solutions to include everyone.

I hope we can continue to do it on Waze, like we do it in real life with the country.

In the way you suggest forums to be arranged it could indeed keep working like it always did (more or less) So I can see the logic behind getting more replies and using the same rules. My fear was mainly based on having a big DACH forum and no country sections which would mix everything together.
