The ramps between Chicago Dr and US-31 contain "St Joseph". Based on this thread, I believe the lack of a period ("St. Joseph") is what caused Waze to say "Street Joseph" instead of "Saint Joseph" while I was driving through that area.

Obviously you can figure out what it means, but it's a bit distracting when it says something so unusual. If simply adding a period can fix it, great!

Thanks guys. InvisiBill, you are correct on the "St" versus "St." TTS rules currently will pronounce the former as "street" no matter where it falls in a string, while "St." and "Ste." should pronounce "saint". If there are references like this elsewhere, they should all change.

Thanks for noticing this. I went ahead and fixed the 3 ramps for SB traffic to St. Joseph.

I'll check other ramps for the same issue in the near future.
