another addition to the op.

I can edit the computer errors outside the normal areas I drive but even though it appears open for the whole state I cant however add the new West Riverfront Park to the detroit riverfront because its slightly out of my normal range. weird

also I was wrong even though the area is open to edit that normally wasnt I can not still edit the roads that are above my level.

edit #2: Ok this is real weird. I edited about 5 errors outside my driving area and now its back to blocking me

I've had WME glitch out on my editing area before; it's not common but I've at least had it happen to me on more than one occasion. Nothing wild or crazy - just a momentary boost to your editing area
