Throwing this out there to anyone with more experience around this area. It's been a while since I've actually driven this intersection. UR reported Waze routed him left from EB Perry to NB Joslyn. WME shows the turn is allowed. My memory says the turn is allowed.

Possible confusion is a small road just before Joslyn with left turn is NOT allowed. WME properly restricts this turn. The street view below is traveling EB on Perry, approaching Joslyn. You can see the Impala turning left onto Joslyn (ironic, I know). Comments?
