North Platte, NE : South River Rd. road closure

I noticed that South River Rd. between S. Buffalo Bill Ave. and S. Homestead Rd. is closed to through traffic. Waze tried to route me through the closed raod.

Was it flooding or construction related? Any idea regarding duration?
