I am sure this is operator error, but I cannot edit the following segment which is locked at level 2. I am level 2 and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I need to update the Tower Rd restrictions as the road is still closed both directions for construction. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I also have a level 3 unlock request for two segments in the US unlock forum related to this closure and detour if anyone can help with that. My experience has consistently been that unlock/update requests for Colorado are never answered in that forum.
