Alternative route to Austin Bluffs address

I traveled to 4092 Austin Bluffs Parkway yesterday and there was no alternative route. While it's been years since I've been to this address, I went the way I know and Waze did not approve nor reroute. I was sitting in front of the location and I was still instructed to take a different route. LOL

I am not a Waze editor and do not know how to address this issue.

I show 4092 Austin Bluffs as the address for I Care. Is that where you were going? If that is the case then there isn't a problem on the map that needs to be fixed. This means that there may be a problem with how you made your search. I need to know what direction you were coming to that address from, i.e. from the north on Academy, from the south on Academy, from the west on Austin Bluffs, etc... The time of day that you made the route matters also. I need to know if you typed in the address or did you use the voice search option or are you using a stored favorite for your destination? It would also be helpful to know where it was telling you that your destination was.
