Hmm. Ok.

So:
1) You don't need that small segment at all. It's a private driveway and not part of the street.
2) The stop point can be set, by you, manually, on any of these segments in the area named Dvorská

You may be running into trouble saving with the stop point in the correct place if Waze determines that the house number is out of order. The house number "45" appears quite out of place with the other numbers in the 600 and 700 range.

If it won't save because it is out of order, you will need a Rank 3 editor to force it for you. You should use your Country Update/Unlock forum for that request, if it appears this is the case.

Highlighted road I had to create for correct stop-point for house 708. Without this segment was on the road under house 731.
