Some editors breaks the editing process in several steps to earn more points.
First the streets are drawn, then saved.
They go to another area and do the same.
After a while they return and do the intersections.
And this process is repeated adding the restrictions to the intersection in one opportunity, changing the road the way other time, loading the city name other day and for last the street name.
I usually find red roads and this may be the cause.
I suggest that the point system should reward with more points when the segment is completed in less saves and less points given when the edit is minor.
This should incentive the editor to try the best to complete the segment as fast as possible.
