Accept place, deny photo WME

Hi.
It's a small change but saves a lot of time.

When getting a NEW place request users send photos, most of the time bad ones. If i reject it because of the photo the new place is also removed. What i have to do now is, accept ("add to map") the place request then manually delete the unwanted photos.
I should be able to deny a photo while still accepting the place and adress.

The issue has been addressed I believe. However, in Malaysia, we encourage users to capture decent and good photos. By approving those requests with bad photos, you're giving him a better chance of becoming a "trusted" Wazer and that same guy will keep on adding other unwanted/bad photos.
