What is taking too long to approve an editon?

Guys,

can anyone help me understanding what's taking too long to have an edition fixed?
I have suggested the modification of a place about a month ago.

Besides, this forum is quite confusing and for technological geeks (no ofense). I am just a normal person that wants my company on the map in order to tell visitors and clients how to drive to my address rapidly.

It all volunteers that approve the place updates. So the time can vary depending on how much volunteer time is available in your area. If you tell us where you are, we can point you to the local editors to help you.
