Visualize segments with higher than X lock level

It's nice that locks can be set to lower levels now, but segments with too high lock-level is all over the place. In Norway we only have 2 country editors, so we've agreed to not lock above level 3. To make it easier to find segments that have a higher lock, I made a simple bookmarklet that make those segments red. Maybe it could be implemented in the map editor as well?
