The following message causes 'new editors' to make a very bad mistake!

Problem: The roads are too far apart from each other and most likely a road is missing in between

What to do: Draw a new road connecting the two disconnected roads

Time and time again, I find segments overlaid on top of other segments because people tend to believe and follow the directions they are given. They follow those directions literally.

The report SHOULD say something similar to this:

Problem: We have detected drives that do not seem to be following current segments.

What to do: Make sure that the roads are properly connected and permitted.
Sometimes a new road needs to be drawn. Do NOT overlay existing segments!
