UR documentation before marking "solved"

Prompted by comments in the Wiki Discussion Forum UR Clarification, could something be added to the "solved" button to check that the current editor participated in the UR comments? The script already flags the button if the OR has not had a chance to respond. If a comment is not found, the editor would be required to briefly document what they did to solve the UR.
