Important thing from Waze commonly used is determining ETA.

But, I think Waze possible to enhance better measurement if you can put traffic light and some attribute on it, like how long does red light from any direction ? No need to be exact.
I think this feature would be avoid a pop up message tell user possibly in traffic jam, and increase accuracy of ETA.
