Add GPS DOP values to UR Reports

Hi.

I'd really like to see the GPS DOP values displayed on the user trace for a UR if possible,k possibly as elipses around each data point, as this helps us ascertain what the accuracy of the report actually is ( there plus/minus 20 meters, ie the next road over, or there/plus/minus 3 meters)

This would likely require a change in the App as well to provide this direct from the NMEA string as part of the UR, unless this is already done.

The Green line shows exactly where the user was, and will show if the GPS was not aligned with segments/route. If there is no green line, then no GPS data was captured. If they were stopped, however, then perhaps capturing that info would be useful.
