Very interesting proposal.
I think it would be interesting to be available in both languages.
Since for many publishers of the international community Arabic is a language not known to all, it would be necessary to write in English and incorporate the corresponding Arabic translation also !!!
It is a slow and difficult, but not impossible.

Ideally the street names would be put in both Arabic and English as both can be useful to locals and visitors. So it is probably a good idea for those who know both languages to put in both.

I've seen it done on certain streets where it looks like this "Jordan Street - شارع الاردن" in the street name. I suggest we use this format so that it is consistent everywhere. It works well since English is written from left to right and Arabic is written from right to left.

Once we are done with the street names, we can always do the same thing to city names as well.
