Adding city name

Trying to add vilage name in Russian Federation, but Map Editor wouldn't allow me. Filled the form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ck0cCI ... s/viewform, but can't pass validation on map link. Help, please.

Hi.
My Russian is not as good as it once was, so I am not sure about the form. But you should be able to add the city yourself. Does it give an error?

Ваш ник в Waze = Your Waze nickname
Ваш e-mail = Your e-mail address
Пермалинк на сегмент = Permalink for a segment to be named
Наименование НП = Proposed city name (may be inaccurate; we will correct the name if necessary)

Matt, we have citylock activated for editors of Rank 6, and believe me, for very good reasons. I would suggest everyone, even L6 editors, to use the request form instead of trying to choose right city names. This is a very complicated task we want to keep under control. Thanks!
