That is correct, I did a hard refresh and the restriction was still on the segment when page reloaded.

EDIT:
This was done on a computer with IE and no scripts or extensions installed since work won't allow it.

The issue with TBRs is affecting ROW server. NA is not affected.
This has been reported and Waze is working on it.
Please don't add/edit any TBRs on ROW until further notice.

There was a PSA message in a few GHO that has been passed around a few times from karlcr9911 (Chad).

According to a German GC the HQ announced this morning the problem was fixed.

Staff hasn't confirmed that it was fixed yet. We're waiting for a confirmation. They were working on it before the weekend started and we may only hear back when they get back to the office.
