What is this segment color?

I found this segment near Burtonsville, MD:

and I am wondering what that segment color is/means. I have never seen it before, but the road type is set as "Local Street", even though LS roads are white in WME. Does anyone know if this is a legit segment or it is a bug?

That is a paved segment that has not been verified by an editor yet. Once verified, the color should clear after the next tile update if segment is kept.
