I live in an area that has public evacuation shelters for use during hurricane evacuations. I have been unable to determine an appropriate category for these when I mark them on the map. What should they be marked?

Unfortunately, that isn't an option. I have an Emergency Operations center for the nuclear power plant that is near my home. I have no clue what to label it as well.
