Thanx for the explanation.
Actullay i faced the problem coz of Chrome. On IE9 i can see my recorded routes.

I'va edited some roads on map but even after 2-3 days they have not been updated.
How to contact Area Manager.

is odd!
Chrome is considered amongst most AMs to be the best browser for using cartouche running slightly ahead of Firefox whilst IE is largely thought to be the most buggy!
thats why i switched to Chrome and never looked back

is odd!
Chrome is considered amongst most AMs to be the best browser for using cartouche running slightly ahead of Firefox whilst IE is largely thought to be the most buggy!

An Area Manager can not spped the process along any more than you can. In fact an Area Manager is just another wazer who has accepted the repsonsibility of having slightly more editing permissions.
The update
typically takes a couple of days but can easily take longer if the servers are laggin a little!
