Save errors: Specific message missing since 9/19 promotion

I have confirmed with Waze that since the promotion of Papyrus to the default editor, that errors which come up on saving are no longer specific to the error and there is no spotlight. They are aware of this, and are looking into configuration differences between the environments.

This has been added to the known issues wiki.
