Another Bug?

I just noticed I can't edit a street's Country/State/City/Name, but I can edit everything else.
Is this another bug related to the issues Unholy wrote about?

EDIT: forgot to include that I can edit everything fine in the old Cartouche

That's what I thought, I tried reloading. I tried doing a PermaLink..those two usually clear up any weirdness. I restarted the computer.
