Are you sure these numbers are correct?

Let's list these "cities" with theirs countries:
  1. Medan - Indonesia
  2. Bandung - Indonesia
  3. Calabarzon - region of Philippines
  4. Manila - Philippines
  5. Budapest - Hungary
  6. Sao Paulo - Brazil
  7. NY - USA
  8. Binghamton - USA
  9. Cambria County - county in USA
  10. Santiago - Chile
  11. Mexico City - Mexico
  12. Paris - France
  13. Nagoya - Japan
  14. LA - USA
  15. Bogota - Colombia
This gives us the following list of countries:
  1. Indonesia (2)
  2. Philippines (2)
  3. Hungary (1)
  4. Brazil (1)
  5. USA (4)
  6. Chile (1)
  7. Mexico (1)
  8. France (1)
  9. Japan (1)
  10. Colombia (1)
I know that in 2014 there was also MapRaid in Poland - I was a participant of it.
You can see the results in this post:
viewtopic.php?f=73&t=114093&start=130#p971379

Is the MapRaid from Poland a missing number 16 on the first list?
If so, then number of countries provided is incorrect - Poland would be 11-th country.

Could you please clarify that?
