what prevents it? You cant turn on red, but on green you can make a right. Has something changed there?

You can turn right there but not on red.

New feature request... have Waze only say "Turn Right" when the light is green....

Here's a fun one guys. A driver (editor?) has gone around a few blocks of baltimore marking every apartment building:

UPDATE: I went with a modified version of DwarfLord's canned response for bad traffic data. But I still wonder what others would have done.
