As background, a reporter in Albuquerque saw a significant long-distance routing issue between there and Tucson, AZ. This is one that Google Maps and others could handle but Waze gave very inefficient routing. It turned out to be a functional classification issue for a well-traveled highway often used as a shortcut. The User Report dialog worked well, and at the end the reporter said:
